didnt follow instructions on my
food order, and was cold once i
received it. never usually a
problem. very disappointed:(
Absolutely disappointed in silver
crown my order was 2 hours and so
late and missing a pizza fuming
and carnt get hold of them
Food is always hot and delicious
Food turned up 2 hours after
ordering ! Phone line dead ,
website said closed when trying
to contact ! Terrible service
One of the worst interactions I
have ever had as a customer. I am
a professional award winning
chef, and if I get an order
wrong, regardless of whether I
think it's correct, my duty as a
chef is to correct the order for
the customer. BUT NOT AT SILVER
CROWN. I ordered
"plain cheese no salad, no sauce
and received 3 meals covered with
When I contacted the restaurant
to request someone to collect my
food and replace my order with
what I asked for I was told
"It is what you asked for, tomato
paste is not a sauce"
So I asked the staff to come and
collect the food to replace it
with food that I can eat. The
request that any other restaurant
would have accepted was refused
as "replacing your food comes out
of my own pocket"
So now I have throw £20.00 worth
of food in the bin because
apparently cooking food to a
regardless of the opinion of
staff, is not the job of a chef.
APPAULING SERVICVE. will never be
ordering from this place again.
My Uber eats order didn’t
arrive. Order from here a lot and

bank account and we were given an
expected arrival of takeaway 2
hours ago. We are now complaint
to UberEats that you have conned
us out of £12 as the phone
number 01928 500886 as a
disconnected number that appears
on Google maps and websites.

Food is almost an hour late.

Waited over 2 hours for my food
to arrive , rang twice to be told
it wasn’t there fault , chips
were hard I have ordered many
times and will not be ordering
ordered food, 1 hour after
delivery time and still waiting,
phone is disconnected and the
other number provided is closed
so no use to anyone, had to drive
down to speak face to face to
sort, waste if time certainly
won't go there again
Waited longer then we should of
30+, however was worth it the
food was good.
